The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM with Commodore Prochaska presiding. All Board members were present.

Social’s Report

The big Dolphin Tournament is this weekend. We need a lot of volunteers in every area. The Women’s Tournament was a success with 270 pounds of dolphin donated for the fish fry.

Membership’s Report

There will be one candidate to be introduced and three to be reintroduced.

Vice Commodore’s Report

No report.

Docks and Grounds’ Report

The lift is operable and there are just a few small items left to fix.

Secretary’s Report

No report.

Treasurer’s Report

Revenue last month was $63,301 with a year to date net gain of $14,861.Two members resigned and five certified letters were sent. Thus far, two have paid.

Old Business

As noted last month, the Board received a letter of complaint from Member1 and Member2 alleging that Member3 "waked" their boats while rafted in a no wake zone. The issue was discussed. The Board decided not to take action at this time as there is an ongoing BSO investigation and civil litigation is being pursued.

A motion was made and seconded to adjourn. The motion carried.
