Board of Directors Meeting

September 10, 2007

 

The meeting was called to order at 7:00PM with Commodore Prochaska presiding.

 

Membership’s Report

Thomas Terwilliger, Michael Jaramillo and John "John Boy" Landi were introduced for the first time. William King Jr., Mark Modzelewski, and Richard Masten were reintroduced. They were voted into the Club and were duly sworn.

Planning’s Report

The Bimini Run was not well attended. The members that went had a good time. There will be a "get to know your neighbor dock party" on the first Saturday of November.

Social’s Report

There was a social Acme clean up the kitchen day. It was very successful.

Treasurer’s Report

On revenues of $56,156, there was again of $9199.

Five members resigned in good standing and two certified letters were sent.

Secretary’s Report

The lawsuit, Cunnato v. Lauderdale Small Boat Club, has been settled. There will be no out of pocket expense to the Club.

Thanks to Dave and Annette Townsend for working on the sound system.
